Returns and refund policy.
Thank you for choosing IOTA Aesthetics for your beauty needs. I strive to provide high-quality products to enhance your aesthetic experience. Please review my Returns Policy before applying for a return/refund.
1. Returns Eligibility:
- I accept returns only for faulty products. I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
2. Faulty Products:
- If you receive a Brow Fix - Brow Gel that is faulty or damaged, please contact me within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate the returns process, please email Lucy at lucy@iotaaesthetics.com.au with your order number and a clear description of the fault or damage.
3. Detachable Brush Information:
- The brush included with the Brow Fix - Brow Gel is intentionally detachable for easy cleaning. Please note that removing the brush is part of the product design and is not considered a fault.
4. Return Process:
- When reporting a faulty product, I will guide you through the returns process.
- If the return is approved, I will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified by IOTA Aesthetics. This cost will be refunded to you if in fact the item is faulty.
- I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
6. Refund or Replacement:
- Upon receiving the returned product, I will inspect it to verify the reported fault.
- If the fault is confirmed, customers may choose between a refund or a replacement product.
7. Timeframe:
- Please note that the returns process, from initiation to resolution, may take up to 30 business days.
