Hi, I’m Lucy, the founder of IOTA Aesthetics.

My journey into the beauty industry began in 2022 following a career as a registered nurse. I opened my studio with a clear mission: to create natural, confidence-boosting results through permanent makeup that feels like you, only fresher. It all began when a dear friend undergoing chemotherapy couldn’t find anyone nearby who could give her soft, realistic brows. Helping her feel like herself again sparked something deep in me — a passion for subtle beauty that uplifts and empowers.

After years of specialising in cosmetic tattooing, brows and lashes, I started to notice a gap in the market. I couldn’t find brow products that were clean, effective, and genuinely performed...and so was born BROW FIX!

Today, I’m no longer taking clients, but I bring everything I’ve learned behind the chair into every product I make. My range is vegan, cruelty-free, eco-conscious, and designed to deliver salon-quality results whether you're at home or in a professional studio.

When I’m not working on brow formulas or dreaming up new ideas, I’m a proud mum of three, often found chasing kids, reading something uplifting, sipping coffee (probably too much), and getting way too excited about quirky fashion. I believe in thoughtful beauty — products that feel good, work well, and come from a place of care.
